Juneteenth Educational Field Trip! (06/26/24)
The City of Anniston’s Parks & Recreation Department invites upcoming 5th to 8th grade students to join us on a special Juneteenth educational field trip to Atlanta, GA! We’ll visit the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and the Birth Home of Martin Luther King, Jr. to explore the rich history and legacy of the civil rights movement!
Field Trip Details:
🗓️ When: Wednesday, June 26, 2024. Depart at 7:00 AM CT from the Anniston City Meeting Center (1615 Noble St) return at 6:00 PM CT to the Meeting Center (transport by charter bus).
🧒 Ages: Upcoming 5th-8th grade students
💲 Cost: $10 per student
