Get ready, Anniston — it’s time to hit the trail with Mayor Ciara Smith-Roston! Riders of all ages and skill levels are invited to celebrate National Trails Day in Calhoun County. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or simply looking for a fun, leisurely ride, this event is for you. The group will roll out from Wig’s Wheels, travel down Noble Street to 11th Street, and then connect to the Chief Ladiga Trail for a scenic ride to Michael Tucker Park and back. Participants are also encouraged to continue on to Piedmont to take part in their Trails Festival events, beginning at 10:00 AM!

Located at the City Market (126 W 11th Street) in Historic Downtown Anniston, the market features a wide selection of fresh produce, honey, meats, dairy, baked goods, artisanal foods, and handmade crafts. Each week also includes live music, cooking demonstrations, and special appearances by local chefs and artists.
