2024 Redistricting
Located at McClellan, in Anniston, Cane Creek Golf Course offers visitors an opportunity to experience one of the most challenging rounds of golf in Northeast Alabama. With lengths measuring 7,049 yards from the back tees and 5,186 yards from the forward tees, this championship golf course will delight and challenge golfers of any skill level. The creek that winds through the landscape brings water into play on 11 holes and 22 bunkers are strategically placed throughout the course. Many holes have dog legs to raise the risk-reward level. We also offer a driving range, pro shop, and fully stocked grill for refreshments before, during, and after your round.

Cane Creek Grill is located at the Cane Creek golf course in Anniston at McClellan. It offers a nice atmosphere for those looking for a satisfying meal, a relaxing cocktail with friends, a place to watch the game or to grab some refreshments while playing golf. Our Spring/Summer hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT, Tuesday through Friday. On Saturdays & Sundays, we are open from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. We open early on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to serve golfers, but anyone is welcome to stop in for a great breakfast.
The Grill, patio and meeting room are also available for private parties and receptions. Our meeting room is adjacent to the dining room and seats from 15 to 20. It’s free if you are ordering lunch from us.
The main dining room (pictured above) seats approximately 100, but can accommodate more guests for standing events such as meet-and-greets or mingles with room for a DJ and dancing. The patio will accommodate 40 people and offers a beautiful view of the 18th green.
Our kitchen can do box lunches, catered buffets, passed appetizers, table service, and seated dinner. There’s no limit to our cuisine offerings! We invite all events from team banquets to reunions to wedding receptions and more. We also have a fully-stocked bar and can offer kegs as well as drinks by the glass.

From Birmingham: Take I-20 East toward Atlanta; Take the AL-21 exit-EXIT 185-OXFORD/ANNISTON; Turn left onto AL-21 North; Follow AL-21 North through OXFORD and ANNISTON approximately 20 minutes Turn Right onto BALTZELL GATE ROAD at traffic light just before railroad crossing; CANE CREEK GOLF COURSE will be on your left.
From Atlanta: Take I-20 West toward Birmingham; Take the AL-21 exit-EXIT 185-OXFORD/ANNISTON; Turn right onto AL-21 North; Follow AL-21 North through Oxford and Anniston approximately 20 minutes Turn Right onto BALTZELL GATE ROAD at traffic light just before railroad crossing; CANE CREEK GOLF COURSE will be on your left.
From Chattanooga: Take I-24 West toward Nashville; merge onto I-59 S via EXIT 167 on the LEFT toward Birmingham; take the second Gadsden exit (GADSDEN/ATTALLA US-431); turn left onto US-431 S toward Gadsden. (See Directions From Gadsden)
From Gadsden: Take US-431 South toward Anniston; travel approximately 25 minutes; US-431 will intersect and merge with AL-21; turn left onto AL-21 North; travel approximately 3 miles; Turn Right onto BALTZELL GATE ROAD at traffic light just before railroad crossing; CANE CREEK GOLF COURSE will be on your left.
From Jacksonville: Take AL-21 South toward Anniston; travel approximately 12 miles; Turn Left onto BALTZELL GATE ROAD at traffic light just after railroad crossing; CANE CREEK GOLF COURSE will be on your left.
