Campground Updates

Improvement work will begin Saturday, April 18, 2026, on the parking lot at Michael Tucker Park (6514 Weaver Road), Anniston’s trailhead for the Chief Ladiga Trail. During this work, temporary parking will be available during park operating hours in the gravel lot at the western end of the park. Visitors entering through the main entrance should continue straight, and the temporary parking area will be on the left. This parking lot closure will remain in place until further notice.
